Please read carefully. By downloading, installing, or using Ultimate Streamers IPTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Nature of the App — tool only

Ultimate Streamers IPTV is a media player tool. It provides a technical interface that allows you to enter a stream URL (such as an M3U playlist, HLS stream, or RTMP link) and play back that stream on your mobile or tablet device.

Ultimate Streamers IPTV does not provide, host, curate, distribute, or control any media content. We have no relationship with any broadcaster, content owner, or streaming service. All content you access through the App is sourced entirely from URLs that you supply. We are a neutral conduit — the equivalent of a web browser that renders pages whose addresses you type in.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Ultimate Streamers IPTV only for lawful purposes. You may use the App to:

• Stream content from URLs that you have a legal right to access (e.g. your own recordings, content licensed to you, publicly available free streams).
• Play back streams from subscription services you personally subscribe to, where you are accessing them via a URL provided to you by that service as part of your subscription.
• Test and develop your own streaming infrastructure.

4. Prohibited use

You agree that you will not use Ultimate Streamers IPTV to:

• Access, reproduce, or distribute any content in violation of applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
• Access paid broadcast channels, premium cable or satellite TV content, or subscription streaming services without a valid subscription or licence to that content.
• Circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) or access-control mechanism protecting content.
• Stream or distribute illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Use the App in any way that violates local, national, or international law.

5. Copyright and intellectual property — important disclaimer

Ultimate Streamers IPTV does not provide any content and does not infringe any copyright. We are the developers of a software tool only. All media content accessed through the App is streamed directly from third-party servers using URLs that you enter. We have no knowledge of, control over, or responsibility for that content.

If you access copyrighted material without authorisation, you — not Ultimate Streamers IPTV or its developers — bear sole legal responsibility for that act. We strongly encourage all users to respect intellectual property rights and to access only content they are licensed to view.

Copyright holders who believe that content accessible at a particular URL infringes their rights should contact the operator of the server hosting that content, not Ultimate Streamers IPTV. We do not host content and therefore cannot remove it.

6. No affiliation with TV providers or broadcasters

Ultimate Streamers IPTV is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any television provider, satellite or cable operator, streaming service, broadcaster, or network. The App is designed to let you use stream links you already have — it does not provide a replacement for or workaround to any subscription service.

7. Subscriptions and payments

A free tier of the App is available with limited features. A premium ("Pro") subscription unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account at the price shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will play any particular stream. The availability and quality of any stream depends entirely on the third-party server hosting it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ultimate Streamers IPTV and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or from content you access through it. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ultimate Streamers IPTV, its developers, officers, and agents from any claim, loss, or damage (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you breach these Terms. Premium subscription fees for any remaining period will be handled in accordance with the applicable app store's refund policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
