Your privacy matters to us. Ultimate Streamers IPTV is a tool-only application — we do not store, analyze, or sell your personal data to third parties. This policy explains what minimal information we collect and why.
1. Who we are
Ultimate Streamers IPTV ("the App", "we", "our") is a mobile and tablet application available on iOS and Android. The App allows users to stream video content by entering their own custom stream URLs (such as M3U playlists or direct media links). We are the developer and distributor of this tool only.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the App:
- Device identifiers — an anonymous, non-reversible device ID used solely for crash reporting and app diagnostics.
- Crash and error logs — technical error data (stack traces, device model, OS version) to help us fix bugs. This data contains no personally identifiable information.
- App settings and preferences — stored locally on your device only (theme, default volume, saved stream URLs). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use a backup feature.
- Purchase receipts — if you purchase a premium subscription, your transaction is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We receive only a confirmation token; we never see your payment details.
3. Information we do not collect
We do not collect, record, or transmit: your name, email address, location, browsing history, the stream URLs you enter, the content you watch, your IP address, or any biometric data. We have no account system — you do not need to register to use the App.
4. Stream URLs and content you provide
When you enter a stream URL into the App, that URL is stored locally on your device only. The App connects directly from your device to the server hosting that stream. We are not an intermediary in that connection and we do not log, inspect, or transmit your stream URLs to our servers. You are solely responsible for the legality of the stream URLs you choose to enter and access.
5. Third-party services
The App integrates with the following limited third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:
- RevenueCat — subscription management. Collects an anonymous app user ID and purchase history.
- Crash reporting service (e.g. Sentry or Firebase Crashlytics) — anonymous technical error data only.
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store — handles all payment processing.
We do not embed advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or social network trackers.
6. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Data retention and deletion
All data stored locally on your device (settings, favorites, saved URLs) can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App or using the "Clear Data" option in your device settings. Crash logs are automatically purged from our analytics provider after 90 days.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard technical measures to protect the limited data we do process. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your device software up to date.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification.
